• Riders: Your first name, profile photo, and vehicle information are shared with Riders during rides.
• Drivers: Your first name, profile photo, and pickup/drop-off locations are shared with Drivers when you request a ride.

• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Cloud hosting providers
• Customer support services
• Background check providers
• Analytics providers

3.3 For Legal Reasons

Following account deletion, we may retain certain information as required for legal, safety, and business purposes for up to seven (7) years.

6.2 Location Information

You may control location permissions through your device settings. Note that disabling location services may limit Platform functionality.

You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or adjusting your notification preferences in the app.

6.4 Push Notifications

You may disable push notifications through your device settings. Service-critical notifications may still be sent.

6.5 Data Portability and Deletion

You may request a copy of your personal information or request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Cab-Connect does not sell personal information. You may opt out of sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by contacting us.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete such information. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from your country. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as required by applicable law.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
